Nicholas A. (Nick) Sainato, Chairman and CEO
Nick Sainato has served as President of M&S Logistics / Coosa Valley Warehouse
Division since its inception in 1995. Nick was named CEO in 2004.
He graduated from Penn State University in 1975 with
a B.S. in Business Logistics / Transportation Management and has
over 34 years experience in transportation, distribution, and warehousing.
Nick is active in his community of Calhoun, Georgiahaving served organizations such as Optimist International, Rotary International,
and United Way of Gordon County and past chairman of the Board of Directors for the
Gordon County Chamber of Commerce.
Demetri C. Miltiades, President - COO
Founder of DCM Logistics, Inc. which later partnered with Nick Sainato and Coosa Valley
Regional Warehousing to form M&S Logistics, Inc., Demetri Miltiades has
over thirty five years experience in domestic and international transportation. Demetri Miltiades
is a licensed Custom House Broker and has been involved in all aspects of international trade since 1972.
Demetri is active in his community of serving as Choir Director at his church, coaching youth sports,
and past Chairman of Board of Atlanta Maritime Association participating in several international trade organizations.
Mark C. Molleson, Vice President of Operations
Mark joined M&S Logistics in 2003 after
26 years of experience in textile manufacturing including industrial
engineering, quality control, and distribution. This experience
brings a different perspective to transportation requirements and
distribution needs of production facilities. Mark is active in Gordon
County serving as past President United Way of Gordon County, Chairman
of Public Relations Committee Gordon County Chamber of Commerce,
Past President of Calhoun Kiwanis, and Family Resource Board.
